You've probably been told "everything looks normal", but you don't feel normal at all

Your blood tests and scans are clear yet your belly bloats for no reason. Your energy crashes in the afternoon leaving you stuck on the sofa and the pain…. it appears out of nowhere and ruins plans you’ve been looking forward to for weeks.

You’ve likely tried it all by now, cutting out gluten and dairy. Googling “how to eat an anti-inflammatory diet” and even having a cupboard full of supplements that promised to “balance your hormones naturally”, but your symptoms, such as pain or fatigue, are still here.

And the worst part? When you finally get to see a doctor, you hear “just take painkillers” or “try to relax”, as if the exhaustion and pain aren’t real.

But here's what I know: Your body is trying to tell you something.

“Normal” test results don’t actually mean your hormones are balanced.

When you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and how your hormones, gut health, inflammation and energy levels are all connected, everything starts to shift.

Flare-ups become less frequent. Energy lasts through the day.  Eating starts feeling simple again.

That’s exactly what you can achieve when you learn The CALM Code.

This is not another extreme protocol. It is a personalised step-by-step system we adapt to you.

What is The Calm Code?

I’m so glad you asked!

The CALM Code is my signature, science-backed 4-step approach to help you manage hormone-related symptoms, without cutting out all the foods you love. Here’s what CALM stands for:

CALM Code step 1: Create Stability

Create Stability

Regulating blood sugar levels and improving meal timing is key for hormones like insulin to stay balanced. This foundation makes it easier for your menstrual hormones to follow suit so that you can feel clearer and more consistent.

CALM Code step 2: Anti-inflammatory and nutrient-rich eating

Anti-Inflammatory & Nutrient-Rich Eating

Choose foods that lower inflammation, support gut health, and provide the key nutrients your hormones need to function smoothly so that you can build meals that ease pain, reduce bloating and boost your energy naturally.

Lifestyle Habits that Support Hormone Health

We focus on the habits that truly move the needle, such as sleep, stress, movement and mindset. These science-backed shifts can help regulate your nervous system, balance stress hormones and support long-term hormonal harmony.

Maintain Progress Long-Term

Your personalised plan to keep up the momentum. You’ll adapt your nutrition to your unique hormone pattern so that you can calm and control your symptoms long term.

This is the framework behind every programme I offer, personalised to you.

Cordula Henggeler providing women's health nutrition consultation

Hi, I'm Cordula...

I'm an expert dietitian in women’s health and hormones and I’m proof that The CALM Code works

I know exactly how you feel, because I’ve been there too.

After more than a decade in the NHS and private practice, I now support women living with endometriosis, adenomyosis, PMOS/PCOS, thyroid conditions, fertility challenges, and menopausal changes.

I live with three chronic health conditions myself, PMOS/PCOS, IBS, and Graves’ disease, so I understand the frustration of being dismissed, the anxiety of flare-ups that come out of nowhere, and the feeling like your body is broken.

That personal experience shaped everything about the way I now help women.

My approach is rooted in real life, shaped not just by clinical expertise but by my own experience of living with unpredictable symptoms, chronic pain, digestive issues and hormonal chaos.

I know how powerful it can be when someone finally listens, gives you expert advice and helps you understand what’s really going on.

My work is about helping you build practical, sustainable habits that fit your life, so you can move from frustration and fatigue to feeling calm and confident in your body again.
