About

Cordula Registered UK Dietitian Nutritionist

I am an experienced UK registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics. I completed five years of academic study and five years of clinical experience to be able to assist individuals with a range of conditions. While I have a few interests, I specifically work with women to help them understand their body and improve their long-term health through evidence-based nutrition and sustainable long term changes.

While I have been living in London for a few years, most people ask me where my name and accent are from… I was born in Switzerland and after completing an apprenticeship in a completely different area I moved to London. After a few years working in the tourism industry I then moved to beautiful New Zealand where I completed my studies at the University of Auckland before coming back to London in 2018.

Why am I passionate about women’s health? Because I think we have a long way to go in understanding women’s bodies and how hormones can affect us. I want women to feel comfortable in their bodies and be able to make informed choices to improve long term health.

I look forward to working with you.
